【罗7:25】感谢神！靠着我们的主耶稣基督就能脱离了。这样看来，我以内心顺服神的律，我肉体却顺服罪的律了。【Rom 7:25】Thanks be to God, who delivers me through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, I myself in my mind am a slave to God's law, but in my sinful nature a slave to the law of sin.

当保罗说：“我真是苦啊！谁能救我脱离这取死的身体呢？”他为自己无法胜过两律的争战而万分苦恼。When Paul said, "Wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from this body of death?" he was deeply distressed that he could not overcome the battle between the two laws. 我们也常常如此，立志为善由得我，只是行出来由不得我，那时只能发出绝望的呻吟。We often feel the same way. I may choose to do good, but I find myself unable to carry it out. In such moments, I can only groan in despair. 但保罗告诉我们，这样的日子终结了，感谢神，只要靠着我们的主耶稣基督就能脱离了。But Paul assures us that those days are behind us. Thanks be to God—so long as we rely on our Lord Jesus Christ, we can be set free.

保罗宣告，靠着我们的主耶稣基督就能脱离了，这是给我们生命的钥匙。Paul declared that freedom comes through reliance on our Lord Jesus Christ. This is the key to our lives. 我们每天面临属灵争战，在两律的交战中，我们若不信是考试，到了环境去靠了肉体就被罪恶的权势给掳掠了，Every day, we face spiritual battles. In the struggle between the two laws, if we fail to recognise it as a test, we will be overtaken by the power of sin when we rely on the flesh in challenging situations. 当我们预备自己的心，宣告已死的人脱离了罪，竭力靠主，持续的与主联合，就能够胜过肉体顺服罪的律，必被基督的平安掌权。However, when we prepare our hearts, declare that the dead are free from sin, strive to rely on the Lord, and remain united with Him, we can overcome the flesh's submission to the law of sin and be ruled instead by the peace of Christ.

主啊，恳求你圣灵降下更新突破的大能，让我们有属灵的眼光和思维。Lord, I ask You to pour out the renewing and breakthrough power of the Holy Spirit so that we may gain spiritual vision and understanding. 在面对心中的律和肉体的律在交战的时刻，不是倚靠自己的能力去交战，而是靠圣灵交出一切的主权，When we face the battle between the law in our hearts and the law of the flesh, may we not rely on our own strength but surrender all sovereignty to the Holy Spirit,治死身体的恶行，将我们的心和肉体都交给耶稣，put to death the evil deeds of the body, and offer our hearts and flesh to Jesus. 不断靠著基督的拯救来胜过肉体顺服罪的律，而使我们能够经历你大能的拯救脱离这罪的律。May we continually depend on Christ’s salvation to overcome the flesh’s obedience to the law of sin, so that we may experience Your mighty deliverance from this law of sin.

我宣告：“如今，我们在基督耶稣里的就不定罪了。因为赐生命圣灵的律在基督耶稣里释放了我们，使我脱离罪和死的律了。” I declare: "Now, we who are in Christ Jesus are not condemned, because the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set us free from the law of sin and death." 我虽软弱，但靠着那爱我们的主在一切的事上得胜有余了。Though I am weak, I am more than a conqueror in all things through the Lord who loves us. 因耶稣基督是我们的避难所，是我们的坚固台，是我们患难中随时的帮助，投靠祂的，祂必要做我们四围的盾牌，阿们！ For Jesus Christ is our refuge, our strong tower, and our ever-present help in times of trouble.
