【约壹4:18】爱里没有惧怕；爱既完全，就把惧怕除去，因为惧怕里含着刑罚，惧怕的人在爱里未得完全。【1John4:18】There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.

神就是爱，住在爱里面，就是住在神里面，神也住在他里面。God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them. 爱里没有惧怕，完全的爱能把惧怕赶出去。完全的爱，是来自于神。There is no fear in love; perfect love drives out fear. Perfect love comes from God. 真知道神的爱何等长阔高深，天父甚至舍了独生儿子，将祂的爱显明出来，To truly know the depth, width, height, and length of God’s love is to understand that the Father gave His one and only Son to reveal His love for us. 真知道自己是神所爱的，神赐我生命气息，我属于神，还惧怕什么呢？When I know I am loved by God, the One who gives me life and breath, what is there to fear?

惧怕里含着刑罚， 惧怕的人，在爱里未得完全。Fear involves punishment, and the one who fears is not made perfect in love. 主啊，我里面有那么多的惧怕，怕死，怕病、怕穷、怕做不好，怕别人怎么看，怕受刑罚…Lord, my heart is filled with so many fears—fear of death, fear of sickness, fear of poverty, fear of failure, fear of others’ opinions, fear of punishment…惧怕就自我保全，靠自己，抓权利、抓钱财、活在人前，用做事讨人的称赞，In fear, I try to preserve myself, relying on my own strength, clinging to power and wealth, living for the approval of man. 心中仍然惶恐不安…直到遇见基督的爱，耶稣完全的爱，使我得着平安。Yet my heart remains restless and anxious. But when I encountered the love of Christ, His perfect love brought me peace.

军兵四面环绕，大卫也不害怕，因他真知道：Even when surrounded by armies, David was unafraid because he knew: 耶和华是我的亮光，是我的拯救，我还惧谁呢？在死荫的幽谷，他也不怕遭害，因为神与他同在。“The Lord is my light and my salvation—whom shall I fear?” In the valley of the shadow of death, he feared no evil, for God was with him. 主，感谢你亲自成为血肉之体，特要借着死，败坏掌死权的，就是魔鬼，并要释放那些一生因怕死而为奴仆的人。一生在主手中，我还怕什么呢？Lord, I thank You for becoming flesh and blood, that through Your death You defeated the one who holds the power of death—the devil—and freed those who were enslaved by the fear of death. My life is in Your hands; what is there to fear?

主，我要赞美你，你从死里复活，胜过罪恶和死亡！无论高山低谷，你都看顾，Lord, I praise You! You rose from the dead, conquering sin and death! In both the mountains and the valleys, You watch over me. 即使我跌倒，当我回转，你的恩手必扶持！你永不止息的爱，使我可以重新起来争战！Even when I stumble, when I repent, Your gracious hand lifts me up. Your unceasing love empowers me to rise again and fight the good fight! 我宣告有主在我里面，没有什么能使我与你的爱隔绝，你的爱使我可以胜过惧怕、自保、自行…I declare that with You in me, nothing can separate me from Your love.
