【约壹1:9】我们若认自己的罪，神是信实的，是公义的，必要赦免我们的罪，洗净我 们一切的不义。【1 John1:9】If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.

神的应许何等美好，祂牺牲自己成为赎罪祭，把我们从罪恶中挽回，赦免我们的罪，洗净我们一切的不义。How wonderful is God’s promise. He sacrificed Himself as a sin offering, redeeming us from sins, forgiving our transgressions, and cleansing us from all unrighteousness.但这个应许是带有条件的，需要我们时时来就近光，照出我们里面一切的黑暗，各种罪恶的权势，被光显明了，承认并离弃，悔并且改，就可以得蒙神的应许。But this promise comes with conditions. We must come into the light regularly, allowing it to expose all the darkness within us and the power of various sins. When these are revealed by the light, we must confess and forsake them, repent, and change.Only then can we fully receive God's promise.因祂是信实的，是公义的，祂的话永不落空，怎么说必怎么成就。Because He is faithful and just, His words never fail, and what He has said will surely come to pass.

我们若认自己的罪，这里强调是要我们认自己的罪，时刻要关注自己内心最深处的动机。The emphasis in “If we confess our sins” is on the need to confess and remain mindful of the deepest motives in our hearts.主啊，很多时候我们会去管别人，想去改变别人，你教导我们要背起自己的十字架，别人如何不是我们要管的事，那是你的事。Lord, many times we focus on others and wish to change them, but You teach us to carry our own cross. How others behave is not our responsibility—it is Yours.我们是罪人蒙恩，我们的肉体是卖给罪的，是无有良善，需要每天每时与你对焦，为罪为义为审判自己责备自己，及时处理罪的问题，因罪的工价是大的。We are sinners saved by grace. Our flesh is enslaved to sin and lacks goodness. We need to fix our eyes on You daily and hourly, convicting ourselves concerning sin, righteousness, and judgement, and dealing with sin promptly, for the wages of sin are great.

主啊，你是圣洁之主，人非圣洁是不能见主的面。你来了，用自己的血救我们脱离罪恶，使我们不再被罪辖制，Lord, You are holy, and without holiness, no one can see You. You came to save us from sins through Your blood so that we would no longer be enslaved by it.你说我们若认自己的罪，你是信实的是公义的，必赦免我们的罪，洗净我们一切的不义。你爱我们如此之深，用自己的血为我们担当了罪的刑罚，使我们脱离咒诅进入祝福。You said that If we confess our sins, You are faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. Your love is so profound that You bore the punishment for our sins with Your blood, freeing us from the curse and leading us into blessing.主啊，是的，你若究察罪孽，谁能站得住呢？但你有赦免之恩，为叫我们敬畏你。Yes, Lord, if You were to count sins, who could stand? Yet You offer the grace of forgiveness, enabling us to revere You.

阿们！你是信实公义的主，慈爱怜悯的神，我们死在过犯罪恶之中，你叫我们活过来，你用自己的生命换回我们的生命。如今，我们还有什么理由为自己而活呢？Amen! You are the faithful and just Lord, the loving and merciful God. We were dead in our sins, and You brought us back to life. You exchanged Your life for ours. Now, how could we live for ourselves?立志与罪断绝，否定自己，背起自己的十字架，不让你的血白流，不让你的苦白受，。We resolve to break free from sins, deny ourselves, and take up our cross daily. Let us not let Your blood be shed in vain or Your suffering wasted.定意把你放在第一位，时时反省，认罪悔改，积极起来操练与罪恶争战到底，活出光明之子的实质回报主恩We are determined to place You first in all things, to reflect constantly, to confess and repent, and to actively fight against sin to the end.
