【约一1:5】神就是光，在他毫无黑暗！这是我们从主所听见、又报给你们的信息。【1Jo 1:5】This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light; in him there is no darkness at all.

使徒约翰跟随道成肉身的耶稣三年半，他的生命因与耶稣相交而改变。他将自己亲眼看过，亲耳听过，亲手摸过的，见证出来，传递给我们。神就是光，在他毫无黑暗！The Apostle John followed Jesus in the flesh for three and a half years, and his life was transformed through his fellowship with Him. John testified and passed on to us what he had seen with his own eyes, heard with his own ears, and touched with his own hands.神就是光，在他毫无罪恶！神就是光，世界在他里面毫无所有！这真光已经来到我们的生命中，照亮我们的一生。God is light, and in Him, there is no darkness at all! God is light, and in Him, there is no sin! God is light, and the world has no hold on Him! This true light has come into our lives, illuminating every aspect of our being.

光明与黑暗不能相交，但光可以照出罪恶污秽，驱除黑暗。我们原本是与神隔绝的。Light and darkness cannot coexist, but light can expose sin and filth and drive away darkness. We were originally separated from God.因着耶稣从高天降卑，来到罪人中间，为我们的罪流血舍命，救了我们脱离黑暗的权势，把我们迁到爱子光明的国度里。Yet, because Jesus descended from heaven, lived among sinners, and shed His blood to die for our sins, He saved us from the power of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of light—the kingdom of His beloved Son.在主圣洁的光中，我们看到自己心中充满了罪恶污秽，没有光，没有爱，没有指望…In the holy light of the Lord, we see that our hearts are filled with sin and filth, lacking light, love, and hope...

起初在黑暗中的人看到大光，是何等欣喜！跟随耶稣的路上，光明要除去我们的黑暗。凡事受了责备就被光显明。How joyful it is for those who were once in darkness to see the great light! On the journey of following Jesus, the light will dispel our darkness. Everything that is exposed is revealed by the light.然而作恶的，便恨光，并不来就光，恐怕他的行为受责备。主啊，求你赦免我，护着自己的旧人，还去恨那责备我、纠正我、帮助我的人，不爱光，就落在黑暗之中了。However, those who do evil hate the light and do not come to it, fearing their deeds will be exposed. Lord, please forgive me for protecting my old self and resenting those who rebuke, correct, or help me. Forgive me for not loving the light and for falling into darkness.

但行真理的，必来就光，要显明他所行的，是靠神而行。主，你是光，要救我脱离黑暗。But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that their works may be clearly seen as being done in God. Lord, You are the light, and You will rescue me from darkness.我不是靠自己做好，而是靠你的真理发出亮光，显明我的罪，靠圣灵治死我里面的羞愧、惧怕、虚假…使我领受责备，接纳自己，否定自己，叫基督在我里面活，被主更新改变，为光作见证。By my own efforts, I fall short, but through Your truth that shines brightly and exposes my sin, and by the power of the Holy Spirit, I can put to death the shame, fear, and falsehood within me. Help me to receive correction, accept myself, deny myself, and allow Christ to live in me. Renew and transform me, Lord, so that I may bear witness to the light.（付传道Pastor Fu）
