【雅5:17】以利亚与我们是一样性情的人，他恳切祷告，求不要下雨，雨就三年零六个月不下在地上。【James 5:17 (NIV)】Elijah was a human being, even as we are. He prayed earnestly that it would not rain, and it did not rain on the land for three and a half years.

雅各说到义人祈祷所发的力量是大有功效的，就像以利亚，他是旧约圣经中被称为有信心的伟大先知。Jacob said that the prayer of the righteous is powerful and effective, just like Elijah, the great prophet of faith in the Old Testament. 他为了唤醒以色列悔改归正，向巴力的假先知发起挑战。他恳切祷告，求不要下雨，雨就三年零六个月不下在地上。Elijah challenged the false prophets of Baal to awaken Israel to repentance and reform. He prayed earnestly that it would not rain, and it did not rain for three years and six months. 他的祷告完全合神心意，大有功效，神就垂听。His prayer was fully aligned with God's will and was highly effective, so God heard him.

神并不偏待人，祂既听以利亚的祷告，也要听我们的祷告，God does not show favouritism. He not only heard Elijah's prayer but also hears ours. 只要我们凡事以神为中心的祷告，只愿主的旨意成就；并付上专心祈祷，持续在恳切中呼求，愿神的名得荣耀， As long as we place God at the centre of everything, desire only that the Lord's will is done, remain attentive in prayer, and persist with earnestness, His name will be glorified. 经上说：“我们若照着神的旨意求什么，他就听我们，这是我们向他所存坦然无惧的心。既然知道他听我们一切所求的，就知道我们所求于他的，无不得着。” The Bible says: "This is the confidence we have in God: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of Him."

以利亚因着他的信心和谦卑，他尊主为大，尊主的名为圣，他的恳切祷告扭转了那个时代。Elijah magnified the Lord and sanctified His name through his faith and humility. His earnest prayer changed his generation. 主啊，如今神国需要大有能力的工人，以神的心为心的工人，为主不顾性命的工人，带动神国度复兴的工人……Lord, the Kingdom of God now needs powerful workers—workers who have Your heart, who risk their lives for You, and who lead the revival of the Kingdom of God. 求主赦免，我们总是看了自己，就后退，总是希望复兴别人，Forgive us, Lord, for often looking at ourselves and retreating, always hoping for others to be revived. 雅各鼓励我们，以利亚与我们是一样性情的人，他恳切祷告，事就成就，他得胜了。Jacob reminds us that Elijah was a person just like us. He prayed earnestly, and his prayers were answered, leading to victory. 

是的，主啊，我们虽不能，但相信神凡事都能。Yes, Lord, though we may feel incapable, we believe that You can do all things. 只要我们有以利亚的心志，付上恳切祷告的代价，以耶稣基督的心为心，愿意献上自己，为神国的复兴，宁可牺牲自己。As long as we have Elijah's heart, are willing to pay the price of earnest prayer, take on the heart of Jesus Christ, and offer ourselves willingly, we too can be used for the revival of the Kingdom of God. 多少属灵伟人他们宁可短命也要祈求神国复兴，Many spiritual giants have been willing to give their lives, praying fervently for revival. 借着他们一粒死了的麦子，福音被传开了，失丧的灵魂被主寻回。Through their sacrifice, like grains of wheat falling to the ground, the gospel was spread, and lost souls were found by the Lord. 主啊，是的，现在我们就恳切祈祷，愿福音的大门被打开，愿你的旨意行在地上如同行在天上。Lord, we now pray earnestly: may the door of the gospel be opened, and may Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
