【雅4:4】你们这些淫乱的人哪（“淫乱的人”原文作“淫妇”），岂不知与世俗为友就是与神为敌吗？所以凡想要与世俗为友的，就是与神为敌了。【‪Jam‬4:4】You adulterous people, don’t you know that friendship with the world means enmity against God? Therefore, anyone who chooses to be a friend of the world becomes an enemy of God.‬

经上说，我们是淫乱的人？我没有乱搞男女关系啊！神说，看见妇女，动了淫念的，这人心里已经与她犯了奸淫了。As Scripture says, we are adulterers. But I haven’t engaged in promiscuous relationships with men or women! Yet, God says that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart.不仅如此，在属灵上，耶稣基督是我们的新郎，我们是主用宝血所赎买回来，分别为圣归给祂的新妇。我们的心若被耶稣以外的人或物占据充满，怎能说自己是忠贞的呢？Beyond this, spiritually, Jesus Christ is our bridegroom, and we are the bride redeemed by His precious blood, sanctified and set apart for Him. If our hearts are occupied with or filled by people or things other than Jesus, how can we claim to be faithful?

雅各再次告诉我们，肉体、世界与魔鬼是我们一生要与之争战的仇敌。James reminds us that the flesh, the world, and the devil are enemies we must contend with throughout our lives.当我们体贴肉体，与世俗为友，与魔鬼为伍，就是与神为敌，认贼作丈夫，成为属灵上淫乱的人…When we indulge in the flesh, become friends with the world, or align ourselves with the devil, we make ourselves enemies of God. In doing so, we symbolically recognise the thief as our husband and become spiritual adulterers.淫乱的人，在基督和神的国里是无份的，与得胜是无份的。主啊，一对照你的真理，我的内心是何等的污秽不洁…Adulterers have no part in the kingdom of Christ and God, nor any share in victory. Lord, as I reflect on myself in light of Your truth, I realise how unclean and defiled my heart truly is…

主，求你赦免我对你的不忠，随从自己肉体的私欲，爱慕世界虚浮的荣耀，接受了太多魔鬼的谎言，也因此遭受多少罪的咒诅苦楚…Lord, please forgive me for being unfaithful to You—following my fleshly desires, loving the vain glory of the world, accepting the devil's lies, and suffering so many of sin’s curses.主啊，谢谢你为我流出宝血，洗净我的污秽，使我可以到你面前。主，是你的爱至死不渝，从未更改。谢谢你为我造清洁的心，使我里面重新有正真的灵。Thank You, Lord, for shedding Your precious blood for me, washing away my filth, and allowing me to stand before You. Your love is steadfast and unchanging, even unto death. Thank You for creating in me a clean heart and renewing a steadfast spirit within me.

圣灵啊，每一天，我需要你，求你光照我心的深处，使我因信真理，否定自己，承认自己罪，Holy Spirit, I need You every day. Please illuminate the deepest parts of my heart so that I may deny myself, confess my sins, and live according to the truth.靠着十字架的能力，弃绝世界的价值观，抵挡魔鬼的谎言，钉死这个旧人，因为已死的人是脱离了罪！By the power of the cross, help me to abandon worldly values, resist the devil’s lies, and crucify my old self—for the dead are free from sins!主，靠着你复活得胜的能力，带领我不停止争战，顺服真理，活出你圣洁的生命，回应你的爱。Lord, through the power of Your resurrection and victory, lead me to keep fighting, to obey the truth, to live out Your holy life, and to respond to Your love.
