【雅3:14】你们心里若怀着苦毒的嫉妒和纷争，就不可自夸，也不可说谎话抵挡真道。【James3:14 】But if you harbor bitter envy and selfish ambition in your hearts, do not boast about it or deny the truth.

雅各说到两种不同的智慧，属世的假智慧和属天的真智慧，这两种智慧会带出两种生命的表现，不同的智慧就会导致不同的结果。James spoke of two different kinds of wisdom: false worldly wisdom and true heavenly wisdom. These two types of wisdom lead to two distinct ways of living, producing different results.雅各告诉信徒：“你们心里若怀着苦毒的嫉妒和纷争，就不可自夸，也不可说谎话抵挡真道”。嫉妒是骨中的朽烂，那些人因着嫉妒把耶稣钉上了十字架，让自己和自己的家陷于不义，遭了咒诅。James warned believers: “If you harbor bitter envy and selfish ambition in your hearts, do not boast about it or deny the truth.” Envy rots the bones. It was envy that led people to nail Jesus to the cross, bringing unrighteousness and curses upon themselves and their families.

属地的智慧，嫉妒、纷争、扰乱、抵挡真道、不顺服神，是属地属魔鬼的。嫉妒就是看见别人拥有比自己更好的便心生不满。Earthly wisdom—characterised by envy, selfish ambition, confusion, resistance to truth, and disobedience to God—is earthly and devilish. Envy arises when we feel dissatisfied seeing others do better than ourselves.嫉妒的罪结果已经很严重了，如果再加上苦毒，那更甚，恶行循环，引起纷争，破坏人际关系，产生彼此间的冲突，失去在基督里的合一，所做的一切都是与神为仇。Its consequences are already severe, but when combined with bitterness, it becomes even more destructive. This cycle of evil deeds causes disputes, damages relationships, creates conflicts, and destroys unity in Christ. Everything done in this state is in opposition to God.凡不行义的就不属神，行不义的人都必然阻挡真理，结局便是与神隔绝，等候神的审判。Anyone who does not practiserighteousness does not belong to God, and unrighteousness inevitably blocks the truth. The ultimate result is separation from God and awaiting His judgement.

雅各说：“惟独从上头来的智慧，先是清洁，后是和平，温良柔顺，满有怜悯，多结善果，没有偏见，没有假冒。并且使人和平的，是用和平所栽种的义果”。Jamessaid “But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of allpure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere. Peacemakers who sow in peace reap a harvest of righteousness.”从上头来的智慧，就是从神而来的智慧，是属天的智慧，是真智慧。属天的智慧是看别人比自己强，以基督的心为心，不求自己的益处，祝福他人的心，别人得荣耀就是自己得荣耀了。The wisdom from above is God’s wisdom—heavenly and true. It leads us to see others as better than ourselves, to possess the heart of Christ, to seek not our own benefit but to bless others, and to rejoice in their successes as if they were our own.

主耶稣教导说：“使人和睦的人有福了；成就和睦的是神的儿子。”使徒保罗也劝勉信徒说：“若是能行，总要尽力与众人和睦。” The Lord Jesus taught, “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.” The Apostle Paul similarly urged believers: “If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.” 主啊，因着苦毒的嫉妒和纷争，使我为罪受了很多的苦，但受苦是与我有益的，为要认识你的律例典章。Lord, through bitter envy and selfish ambition, I have suffered the consequences of sins. Yet, It was good for me to be afflictedso that I might learn Your decrees.主啊，求你开我眼，带我进入你的真智慧，每天用心灵和诚实敬拜你，降服在你的面前，在生活的每一处都显出你温柔的善行来，结出义的果子，荣耀主名。Lord, please open my eyes and lead me into Your true wisdom. May I worship You with my whole heart and in truth each day, submit to You fully, and reflect Your gentleness and kindness in every aspect of my life, bearing the fruit of righteousness and glorifying Your name. (郭姊妹Sister Guo)
