【彼前1:13】所以要约束你们的心（原文作“束上你们心中的腰”），谨慎自守，专心盼望耶稣基督显现的时候所带来给你们的恩。【1 Peter 1:13 (NIV)】Therefore, with minds that are alert and fully sober, set your hope on the grace to be brought to you when Jesus Christ is revealed at his coming.

我们重生以后，立刻就有了活的指望，可以得着不能玷污，不能衰残，存留在天上的基业，因信必能得着所预备到末世显现的救恩。After we are reborn, we immediately have a living hope. We can obtain an inheritance that is undefiled, unfading, and kept in heaven. Through faith, we will receive the salvation that is ready to be revealed in the last days. 这救恩的经历要经过信心的试炼后，每天十字架的对付，可以在主耶稣基督显现时，得着称赞、荣耀、尊贵。This salvation experience requires the testing of our faith and the daily dealings of the cross so that we may receive praise, glory, and honour when the Lord Jesus Christ appears. 圣灵借着彼得教导我们想有属灵生命的得胜，最重要的就是心中束腰，谨慎自守，专心盼望主荣耀的显现。The Holy Spirit taught us through Peter that if we want victory in our spiritual lives, the most important thing is to prepare our hearts, be cautious, and wholeheartedly look forward to the appearing of the Lord’s glory.

基督的经历先是受苦难，后来得荣耀。学生不能大过老师，Christ’s journey was first suffering, then glory. Students cannot be greater than their teachers. 基督既在肉身受苦，我们也当将这样的心志作为兵器，每天与肉体和肉体的邪情私欲争战到底，Since Christ suffered in the flesh, we should also arm ourselves with the same mindset, to fight to the end against the flesh and its evil passions and desires every day. 神叫属祂的儿女束上心中的腰，约束自己的心，警醒祷告，不放纵私欲，拒绝一切与神为仇的意念，God asks His children to prepare their hearts, restrain their desires, watch and pray, avoid indulging in lust, reject all thoughts that are against God, 谨慎自守，保守圣洁，敬虔度日，忍耐等候主耶稣基督显现时所带来给我们的恩。be cautious, stay holy, live a godly life, and patiently wait for the grace that will be brought to us when the Lord Jesus Christ appears.

感谢主恩，借着彼得告诉我们，想要进入神的荣耀，神的得胜，秘诀就是要保守自己的心，一生的果效是由心发出的，种什么就收什么。Thank you, Lord, for your grace. Peter told us that if we want to enter the glory of God and achieve His victory, the secret is to guard our hearts. The outcome of our lives springs from our hearts. Whatever we sow, we will reap. 求主赦免我们的罪，没有目标方向，轻看了属灵争战，以至于没有预备自己的心时时进入战场，也没有将神的道存在心里，Please forgive us for our sins. We have lacked direction and purpose, and we have underestimated spiritual warfare. As a result, we have not prepared our hearts to enter the battlefield at all times, nor have we kept God’s word in our hearts. 谨慎自守，到了环境就不知道是考试，因没有制伏自己的心，体贴了肉体，凄惨地倒在罪的血泊当中。We are cautious and self-reliant. When trials come, we fail to recognise them as tests. Because we have not controlled our hearts and have focused on the flesh, we have fallen into sin's trap.

主啊，万物的结局近了，我们愿意悔改归正，求主带领我们每天都要思想结局，我要什么？我要去哪里？Lord, the end of all things is near. We are willing to repent and correct our ways. Please, Lord, help us to think about the end every day. What do I desire? Where am I going? 在通往荣耀的路上，必有苦难坎坷。保罗说：我们这至暂至轻的苦楚，要为我们成就极重无比永远的荣耀。There will be hardships and challenges on the path to glory. Paul said: For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. 主啊，我的心归向你，我的眼目喜悦你的道路，每天否定自己，背起自己的十字架，心尊主为大，敬畏你，让自己的心被你掌管约束、被圣灵引导，活出基督的馨香之气荣耀主名。Lord, my heart turns to you, my eyes delight in your ways. I deny myself every day, take up my cross, magnify the Lord in my heart, fear you, and allow my heart to be controlled and restrained by you, guided by the Holy Spirit, so that I may live to glorify the name of the Lord with the fragrance of Christ.（郭姊妹 Sister Guo）
