【撒上28:5-6】扫罗看见非利士的军旅就惧怕，心中发颤。扫罗求问耶和华，耶和华却不借梦，或乌陵，或先知回答他。【1Sa 28:5-6】When Saul saw the Philistine army, he was afraid; terror filled his heart. He inquired of the Lord, but the Lord did not answer him by dreams or Urim or prophets.

扫罗一再违背神的命令，畏惧人不畏惧神，神的灵离开了他。Saul repeatedly disobeyed God's commands, fearing men instead of God, and the Spirit of God left him. 这次非利士军队来袭却令扫罗十分恐惧，心中发颤。When the Philistine army attacked, Saul was very frightened and trembled in his heart. 扫罗求问耶和华，耶和华却不借梦，或乌陵，或先知回答他。Saul inquired of the Lord, but the Lord did not answer him through dreams, Urim, or prophets.先知以赛亚说：“耶和华的膀臂并非缩短，不能拯救，耳朵并非发沉，不能听见。但你们的罪孽使你们与神隔绝。你们的罪恶使他掩面不听你们。The prophet Isaiah said, " Surely the arm of the Lord is not too short to save, nor his ear too dull to hear. But your iniquities have separated you from your God; "

神的心意是，祂断不喜悦恶人死亡，唯喜悦恶人悔改，离开恶道，转离所行的道而活。God's will is not for the death of the wicked but for their repentance, turning from their evil ways, and living. 在耶和华不听扫罗求问的时候，他没有恳切地专心寻求神，谦卑向神认罪悔改，忧伤痛悔；When the Lord did not respond to Saul's inquiry, Saul did not earnestly seek God with all his heart, humbly confess his sins, repent, and grieve.反而因害怕就陷入网罗，做了愚昧的决定，禁止交鬼的扫罗却成了交鬼的扫罗，交鬼是神所憎恶的。Instead, he fell into a trap of fear and made a foolish decision. Saul, who had forbidden the practice of mediumship, turned to a medium, which God hates. 他在求问交鬼的妇人之后，扫罗和他的儿子们全都战死沙场。After consulting the medium, Saul and his sons all died on the battlefield.

主啊，此刻借着扫罗的结局再次击打我们的心，落在永生神手里是可怕的。Lord, at this moment, through Saul's end, our hearts are once again struck with fear. It is terrifying to fall into the hands of the living God. 以扫罗为借鉴，不再重蹈覆辙，活在人前争竟比较，嫉妒是骨中的朽烂，惧怕人不惧怕神，让自己陷入死地。We should learn from Saul and not repeat the same mistakes. We often live for the approval of others, competing and comparing. Envy is the rottenness in the bones. We fear people instead of God and lead ourselves to destruction. 如今我们选择为你而活，时时悔改，顺服听命于神，虽经历艰难危险、试炼、甚至丧命，你应许恩典够我们用，因为你看圣民之死极为宝贵，你必为那人预备生命的冠冕为赏赐。Now, we choose to live for you, to repent constantly, and to obey God. Even when we face hardships, dangers, trials, and even death, you promise that your grace is sufficient for us. You see the death of your saints as extremely precious, and you will prepare a crown of life as a reward for them.

主啊，谢谢你让我们看见自己的败坏，给我们认罪悔改的机会。Lord, thank you for allowing us to see our own corruption and giving us the opportunity to confess and repent. 谢谢你舍了自己，流出宝血洗净我们的罪，带我们出黑暗入光明，带领我们进入神的国。Thank you for giving yourself up, shedding your precious blood to cleanse our sins, bringing us out of darkness into light, and leading us into the kingdom of God. 主啊，我们拿什么来报答这份厚恩呢？惟有将生命献上当作活祭，单单以敬畏神为乐，警醒自己，忠心持守在真道上，成为一粒死了的麦子落下来，回报这份恩情，荣耀主名。Lord, how can we repay this great grace? Only by offering our lives as living sacrifices, taking pleasure in the fear of God alone, remaining vigilant, and faithfully adhering to the truth, can we become a grain of wheat that falls and dies, repaying this grace and glorifying your name.
