【撒上3:19】撒母耳长大了，耶和华与他同在，使他所说的话，一句都不落空。【1Sa‬3:19】The Lord was with Samuel as he grew up, and he let none of Samuel’s words fall to the ground.

在以利的时代，耶和华的言语稀少，在撒母耳的时代，耶和华不但透过他说话，而且他所说的话一句也不落空，In the time of Eli, the word of the Lord was rare, but in the time of Samuel, the Lord not only spoke through him but also let none of his words fall to the ground.上帝坚立了撒母耳，他也得到了众人的信赖与拥戴，从但到别是巴所有的以色列人都知道耶和华立撒母耳为先知。God established Samuel, and he gained the trust and support of the people. From Dan to Beersheba, all of Israel knew that the Lord had established Samuel as a prophet.神应许，尊重神的，神必看重他，撒母耳从小就在以利面前侍奉耶和华，耶和华神与他同在，他也忠心传讲神的话语。God promises that those who honour Him will be honoured. The boy Samuel ministered before the Lord under Eli, and the Lord was with him. He faithfully delivered God’s messages.

撒母耳长大了，当神四次呼唤他，他四次都起来回应，As Samuel grew up, when God called him four times, he responded each time.神把对以利家的审判启示给他， “我在以色列中必行一件事，叫听见的人都必耳鸣。我指着以利家所说的话，到了时候，我必始终应验在以利身上…”God revealed His judgement against Eli’s house to Samuel: “See, I am about to do something in Israel that will make the ears of everyone who hears about it tingle. I will carry out against Eli everything I spoke against his family—from beginning to end…”撒母耳虽不敢，但最终没有隐藏，而是勇敢的把一切的话都告诉了以利，撒母耳不仅年龄增长了，生命也长大成熟了，因敬畏神，所说的话无不应验。Though Samuel was afraid, he ultimately did not hide the message but courageously told Eli everything. Samuel not only grew in age but also matured in his spiritual life. Because of his fear of the Lord, every word he spoke came to pass.

撒母耳，以利，都是神所选召的，结局却是如此不同。Both Samuel and Eli were chosen by God, yet their outcomes were vastly different.敬畏神的，耶和华与他同在，使他所说的话，一句都不落空，自己被神祝福，也祝福了那个时代；Those who fear the Lord have His presence, and their words do not fall to the ground; they are blessed by God and become a blessing to their time.不敬畏神的，必遭咒诅，与神隔绝，陷于自己和自己的家不义，与神的应许无份。Those who do not fear God are cursed, separated from Him, and their families fall into unrighteousness, having no share in God’s promises.主啊，你是烈火，你是轻慢不得的，罪的工价是大的，是我们承受不起的。Lord, You are a consuming fire and cannot be mocked; the wages of sin are severe and more than we can bear.

因你恩典，救我们不救你自己，你亲身担当了我们的过犯背负了我们的痛苦，让我们有永活的盼望。Because of Your grace, You saved us, not Yourself. You personally bore our iniquities and carried our sorrows, giving us eternal hope.主啊，我们立志要脱离做老婴孩的光景，长大成人，转道，心里火热，殷勤爱你，敬畏神，Lord, we are determined to move beyond spiritual immaturity and grow to full maturity, to turn back, be fervent in spirit, diligent in loving You, and fear the Lord.求神的国和义，以父的事为念，思念天上的事，成为懂你的人。我们既从仇敌手中被你救出来，愿意终身在你面前，坦然无惧地用圣洁、公义事奉你。We seek Your kingdom and righteousness, minding the things of the Father and setting our hearts on things above, becoming those who understand You. Having been delivered from the hands of our enemies, we are willing to serve You without fear, in holiness and righteousness, all our days. (郭姊妹Sister Guo)
