Last week, we looked at “May Your kingdom come, and your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.” 上周，我们分享了主祷文的一句，“愿你的国降临，愿你的旨意行在地上，如同行在天上”。Do you still remember God’s will for this prayer? 大家还记不记得神对这个祷告的旨意？May Your kingdom come愿你的国降临: where the king is, there is the Kingdom.天国的王在哪里，天国就在那里。May the King rule in me, there is the Kingdom of light ruling in me.愿天国的王在我里面掌权，光明国度就在我里面掌权。Darkness will be driven out.黑暗就会出去。

Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven,愿你的旨意行在地上，如同行在天上。Your will be done in “me” as it is in heaven,你的旨意成就在我的生命中，Then it will be like we are living in Heaven.我们在地就如同在天。 And we will be able to bring heaven down on earth. 我们就可将天国带下。

God’s purpose is not to wait for you to die and go to heaven. 神的计划不是让我们死了上天堂，God’s purpose is to wait for you and me, each member of the body, 祂等候你和我，每个肢体，to practice dying to himself, and let the King rule in us, 操练向己死，让这位王在我们里面掌权，so that we will continuously finish the ongoing task of the King Christ, 这样我们就能完成基督持续不断的工作，to bring heaven down on earth.将天国带到地上。

For the purpose of helping us to overcome temptation, God will fill us with His Holy Spirit! That’s His grace. 为此，神用圣灵充满我们，帮我们胜过试探，这是神的恩典。

1, God’s provision according to our needs. 神照我们的需要来供应

Then Jesus teaches us to pray, “Give us today our daily bread”. 耶稣接下来教我们这样祷告，“我们日用的饮食，今日赐给我们”。Food, our body’s basic need, 食物是我们的基本需要，money, for purchasing food that we can afford. 钱用来购买我们消费得起的食物。They are essential for us to live in this world. 人活在世上，这两样必不可少。But through Jesus’ teaching, 但借着耶稣这样教导： “Give us today our daily bread.”我们日用的饮食，今日赐给我们。We know that “bread” is from our heavenly Father’s provision. 我们就知道，饮食，是来自天父的供应。Man can fall into temptation because of the desires of the flesh. 肉体情欲会使人落入试探，In the beginning, Adam and Eve, failed最初，亚当和夏娃的跌倒, because the fruit they ate was forbidden by God.就因他们吃了神不让吃的果子。

In the book of Exodus,在出埃及记里，after having brought the Israelites out of Egypt,神带以色列人离开埃及后，started to test their faith by food. 就用食物来试验他们。In Exo 16:2-3, In the desert the whole community grumbled against Moses and Aaron. The Israelites said to them, “If only we had died by the Lord’s hand in Egypt! There we sat around pots of meat and ate all the food we wanted, but you have brought us out into this desert to starve this entire assembly to death.” （出16:2-3）以色列全会众在旷野向摩西、亚伦发怨言，说：“巴不得我们早死在埃及地耶和华的手下！那时我们坐在肉锅旁边，吃得饱足。你们将我们领出来，到这旷野，是要叫这全会众都饿死啊！”

The people began to complain that it would be better for them to go back to Egypt, where they had wonderful food to eat. 会众这时发抱怨，说埃及的食物好吃，不如回那里去。How about us? 那我们呢？Have you ever complained like the Israelites did?你有没有象以色列民那样抱怨过？Let’s see what the Lord promised them, 我们再来看看神怎么回应，“I will rain down bread from heaven for you. V.4”,and v.11-12, The Lord said to Moses, 12 “I have heard the grumbling of the Israelites. Tell them, ‘At twilight you will eat meat, and in the morning you will be filled with bread. Then you will know that I am the Lord your God.’ (出4:4,11-12）“我要将粮食从天降给你们。”“我已经听见以色列人的怨言，你告诉他们说：‘到黄昏的时候，你们要吃肉，早晨必有食物得饱，你们就知道我是耶和华你们的神。’”

That evening, they ate quail’s meat, 那天晚上，他们吃到鹌鹑肉；and the next morning, v 31 tells us, God gave them manna to eat in the desert. 到了早上，31节说，神在旷野给他们赐下吗哪当食物。It was like coriander seeds and tasted like wafers made with honey. 吗哪，样子像芫荽子，味道象掺蜜的薄饼。Let’s have a look, how did God provide for them? 看看神怎样供应以色列民？ Is there any principle in the way of God’s provision? 这里面神有怎样供应的原则？V. 15-18 When the Israelites saw it, they said to each other, “What is it?” For they did not know what it was. Moses said to them, “It is the bread the Lord has given you to eat. This is what the Lord has commanded: ‘Everyone is to gather as much as they need. Take an omer for each person you have in your tent.”

The Israelites did as they were told; some gathered much, some little. And when they measured it by the omer, the one who gathered much did not have too much, and the one who gathered little did not have too little. Everyone had gathered just as much as they needed. 15下-18节，以色列人看见，不知道是什么，就彼此对问说：“这是什么呢？”摩西对他们说：“这就是耶和华给你们吃的食物。耶和华所吩咐的是这样：你们要按着各人的饭量，为帐棚里的人按着人数收起来，各拿一俄梅珥。”以色列人就这样行；有多收的，有少收的。及至用俄梅珥一量，多收的也没有余，少收的也没有缺，各人按着自己的饭量收取。        

After we have accepted Jesus as our Lord and Heavenly Father, 我们接受耶稣成为我们的天父后，we now are going on the way of knowing our Father better through His Word, 我们就走上一条在祂的话语里要认识祂更多的路，so that our faith can grow in Him. 因此我们的信心就在祂里面成长。The prophet Jeremiah told us that if we don’t know the way of our God, 先知耶利米说，要是我们不知道神的作为，and the requirements of our God, 不明白神做事的发则， we will be poor and foolish. (see Jer 5:4) 我们就会贫穷愚昧下去。（耶5:4）

So from Exo 16, we can see the principle of God’s provision is based on “what we need”. 所以从出埃及记16章，我们看到神供应的原则，是基于“我们的需要” ，It’s not based on what we want ,不是基于我们想要的，and on what we feel like we lack.或者我们感觉我们不够。But based on what we need in God’s eyes. 而是基于我们需要的。“Everyone is to gather as much as they need”. 各人按着自己的饭量收取。Our Lord Jesus also teaches us，主耶稣还教导我们, “so do not worry, saying “what shall we eat? Or “what shall we drink?’ For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them” “所以，不要忧虑说，吃什么？喝什么？穿什么？这都是外邦人所求的。你们需用的这一切东西，你们的天父是知道的。”

In other words, your heavenly Father knows your needs,换句话说，天父知道你一切的需要，And God will provide what we need. 神必供应我们一切的需要。Paul the apostle declared, “And my God will meet all your needs according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus.” 使徒保罗宣告说：“我的神必照祂荣耀的丰富，在基督耶稣里，使你们一切所需用的都充足。”God, our heavenly Father desires to provide for us and meet our needs, as He loves us,神我们的天父想要供应我们，满足我们的需用，因祂爱我们，who did not spare His own Son, but gave him up for us all- how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things. (Rom 8:32) 既不爱惜自己的儿子，为我们众人舍了，岂不也把万物和他一同白白地赐给我们吗？（罗8:32）

God as the owner of heavenly and earthly resources never desires to provide only material possessions for us. 神是天地一切供应的主宰，祂不会只想供应给我们地上的财产。His intent is to help us to develop Christlikeness, 祂想要塑造我们成为基督的样式，so that we can become like His son (the King), to bring Heaven down.让我们象祂儿子，有王的样式，能把天国带到地上。But because of the insecurity in our human natures, which can distract us from believing in His provision. 但天然人里面的不安全感，让我们不能相信祂的供应。In the Israelites, we can easily see ourselves我们很容易在以色列人身上找到自己的影子，because we have similar worries in the sinful nature.旧人里都有相似的忧虑。

V 19, When the Lord tested them to see if they would listen to Him or not, 19节，神试验以色列民，要看他们听不听祂的话，by asking them not to keep the Manna they gathered, 就吩咐不许把吗哪留到早晨，they didn’t listen, because they were worried about tomorrow. 但以色列民担心明天没吃的，就没遵守神的话。How about us? 我们呢？ Why do we worry about tomorrow?为什么要为明天忧虑？ Because we lack faith in God’s word. 因为我们对神的话没有信心Jesus said, “do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.” 耶稣说，“不要为明天忧虑，因为明天自有明天的忧虑；一天的难处一天当就够了。”

That’s why Jesus teaches us to pray, “give us this day our daily bread.” 所以耶稣教我们祷告“我们日用的饮食，今日赐给我们”。“This day, today,” 是日用，是今日，Jesus didn’t teach us, “give us all the bread we need for our whole lifetime - once and for all.” 耶稣没有教我们祷告“我们一生的饮食，干脆都赐给我们。No, “This day, today.” 不！是日用，是今日。That’s why when the Israelites didn’t follow Moses’ instructions, 所以以色列民不听摩西的话，and they kept part of the manna until the next morning 他们留出一部分到早晨，it was full of maggots and began to smell. 吗哪就生虫变臭了。

From this we see, it’s useless to keep what we think we need,看来，自己保存自己以为需用的，没有用，It’s God who preserves and makes perish. 或保存、或败坏，都在于神。Who can keep our bread safe谁能使食物不变质，our money safe that it won’t be stolen使钱财不被偷？our properties secure, our possessions secure?使房屋财产安全？God, the Maker of all,The ruler of all things. 唯有神，万物的创造者、万物的主宰才可做到。King David said, “Lord, you have assigned me my portion and cup, You have made my lot secure. Pas 16:5” 大卫王于是说，“耶和华是我的产业，是我杯中的份；我所得的，你为我持守。（诗16:5）”

It’s God who has assigned our portion,要知道唯有神决定我们的份，how much will you earn in this life?决定我们一生赚多少钱。God has assigned it. 神早都定好了。We don’t need to worry about that.我们完全不需要担忧。The only thing we need to do is to listen to Him， 只要做一件事，就是听祂的话，To obey His words.照祂的话语行。The Israelites are a warning to us, 以色列民是给我们的警戒，when they were worried about tomorrow and didn’t obey God’s word, 他们担忧明天没吃的，就没有听神的话，whatever they kept for tomorrow was spoiled. 结果他们所留下的都坏掉了。

It is wiser to pause, and think about whether it is better to listen to God, even take risks, 现在我们最好停下来想一想，是听神的话，甚至为听话还去冒险好呢？than to disobey God’s word and keep what we want for tomorrow?还是不听神的，为自己明天保留自己所想要的好呢？For whatever the Israelites kept was spoiled, when they didn’t obey the word of God, so the same for us.以色列民不听神的话，所保留的都坏掉了，我们也一样。Think about the times, when you were worried about something, were you really lacking today’s bread? 请想一下，当你担忧时，是不是真的因为当日的缺乏呢？

No, Many people would like to buy lots of useless things, you know why? 不，为什么人们会买很多用不上的东西？It’s just because their prices are under the special, 仅仅是因为大减价，but later, they never use them, and also don’t want to give them away. 买了之后却用不上，也不想给人。Because they are worried about their tomorrow. 人们只是担忧将来。But Jesus said, “Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?” In Psa 127:2, It’s in vain you rise early and stay up late, toiling for food to eat. For He grants sleep to those he loves. 但主耶稣说：“你们哪一个能用思想使寿数多加一刻呢？”（诗篇127:2）你们清早起来，夜晚安歇，吃劳碌得来的饭，本是枉然；惟有耶和华所亲爱的，必叫他安然睡觉。

The Lord knows, that in our natures, we used to worry about tomorrow, 主耶稣知道，天然人里面，总是为将来担忧； but this is not only useless, but also affects our emotional health, mental health, and physical health. 这不但无用，还会损害我们的情绪健康、精神健康、和身体健康。Many Medical reports have testified that worries and anxieties cause people sickness and sleeplessness. 大量医学报告都证明，担忧和焦虑会导致人生病和失眠。Because peace, satisfaction, and good sleep come from God not from money. 因平安、满足、睡眠都从神而来，钱却买不来。

If you allow worries to occupy your heart, you can have endless worries in your lives. 如果你任由忧虑占据心中，忧虑就会变得无穷无尽。You can say, “I’m worried about my examination,你会说，“我担心考试过不了，worried about whether I can graduate,担心毕不了业怎么办，then, after graduation, I’m worried about whether I can get a good job,然后毕了业，我又担心找不到好工作，then, whether I can get a good husband or wife之后，要是找不到好老公好老婆怎么办，then, I can worry about my son,然后，担心孩子会怎样，and then, his education,再是孩子的学业，his job,his son,孩子的工作，孩子的孩子，the end draws near, life is over.最后，一生结束了。”

No, This is the devil’s scheme he wants to trap us into temptation, 不，这是魔鬼的诡计，试探我们，so that we may waste our time with endless worries.让我们浪费时间，想要解决无穷无尽的担忧。Why God doesn’t give us once for all the bread for our whole lifetime? 神为什么不把一生的饮食一次赐给我们？Because He knows, where our treasure is, there our hearts will be also Matt 6:21. 神认识我们，知道我们的财宝在哪里，我们的心就在哪里。（太6:21）

Because of His love, He wants our hearts to live in heaven, 因祂的爱，神愿意我们的心住在天上，not to be tortured and bound by earth possessions and money, 不愿意我们被地上的财产金钱折磨捆绑，and still be slaves of the devil. 继续做魔鬼的奴隶。“seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Luke 12:29-31” “你们要先求祂的国和祂的义，这些东西都要加给你们了。”（路12:29-31）God knows our needs, And will provide what we need in His eyes. 神知道我们的需要，祂必供应我们所需。

2, Jesus is our living bread (manna). 主耶稣就是生命的粮。（吗哪）

Jesus teaches us, “Your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is heaven,” 主耶稣教我们的祷告，“愿你的国降临，愿你的旨意行在地上，如同行在天上。and then “give us today our daily bread”, 和“我们日用的饮食，今日赐给我们”， it is a kingdom focused prayer.是以神国度为中心的祷告。If we seek first his kingdom to fully occupy our hearts, 若我们先求祂的国完全占据我们的心，and do His will, 行祂的旨意，our daily bread will never be a problem.日用饮食绝不会缺少。However, Jesus teaches us to pray, “give us today our daily bread”, 可是，耶稣教我们祷告“我们日用的饮食，今日赐给我们。” Does He only talk about physical bread? 祂只是在说看得见的食物吗？

In John 6:35, 48:48-51, Jesus says,“I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty.” 48 "I am the bread of life. Your forefathers ate the manna in the desert, yet they died. But there is the bread that comes down from heaven, which a man may eat and not die. I am the living bread that came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever. This bread is My flesh, which I will give for the life of the world." (John 6:48–51)（约6:35，48-51）耶稣说：“我就是生命的粮，到我这里来的，必定不饿；信我的，永远不渴。”“我就是生命的粮。你们的祖宗在旷野吃过吗哪，还是死了。这是从天上降下来的粮，叫人吃了就不死。我是从天上降下来生命的粮；人若吃这粮，就必定永远活着。我所要赐的粮，就是我的肉，为世人之生命所赐的。”

Jesus emphasized that He was the bread of life to those who came to Jesus and looked for physical bread, after He had performed the miracle of feeding the five thousand. 在耶稣行了五饼二鱼的神迹后，祂对那些再次来想吃饼的人强调，祂是生命的粮。John 6:26, Jesus answered, “I tell you the truth, you are looking for me, not because you saw miraculous signs but because you ate the loaves and had your fill. Do not work for food that spoils, but for food that endures to eternal life.” (约6:26-27）耶稣回答说：“我实实在在地告诉你们；你们找我，并不是因见了神迹，乃是因吃饼得饱。不要为那必坏的食物劳力，要为那存到永生的食物劳力。”

From His words, 从祂的话中，we know that He wants us to work for food that does not spoil, which is His words. 我们得知，祂要我们为不坏的食物劳力，这食物就是祂的话。Jesus is saying, 耶稣是在说，that His words are bread for our souls, 祂的话就是我们灵魂的粮 ，if we labor for this bread, 若我们为此劳力，we will never go hungry or be thirsty, 我们就永不饥饿和干渴，and again try to feed ourselves on worldly things.” 并且不再会用世界上的东西喂养我们的灵魂。

In the last days, 在末后，Jesus warned us that false Christs and false prophets would appear, 耶稣警戒我们，假基督和假先知会出现，and that even the elect would be deceived. (see Matthew 24:24)甚至选民也会被迷惑。（太24:24）You know why? 为什么？Quite simply,很简单， it’s because they are not walking in the Word of God. 只是因为他们没有行在神的道中。There is a thought-provoking story named “Satan’s meeting”, 这里有个发人深省的故事，叫“撒旦会议”， let’s have a look (see the screen)我们看屏幕。

Can you see one of Satan’s schemes is to prevent us from reading God’s words and knowing the truth, 看到没有？撒旦其中一个诡计，就是不让我们读经认识真理，and to jam our minds with worldly things, 用世俗的东西塞满我们，such as secular movies, 世俗电影，the trends of the times,时代潮流， books，各种书and fancy teachers, 各种奇异好听的教导 ，so that we can be easily deceived. 让我们很容易就上当了。Psa 119: 103-104 How sweet are your words to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth! I gain understanding from your precepts; therefore I hate every wrong path. （诗119:103-104）你的言语在我上膛何等甘美，在我口中比蜜更甜！我藉这你的训词得以明白，所以我恨一切的假道。

It says, God’s words are as sweet as manna, 这里说，神的话语象吗哪一样甘甜，because manna tastes like honey, 因为吗哪吃起来像蜜，even sweeter than manna. 但神的话比蜜还甜。When I first read these words ten years ago, 十年前我初次读到这句话，I prayed to God,我向神祷告， “Lord, how can your words be so sweet to my taste? 主啊，你的话怎么能这么甜呢？ What that mean?什么意思啊 ？I want to taste them as well,我也想尝尝。”

God heard my cry, 上帝听了我的祷告，and gave me lots of crosses to bear,给我很多十字架， in my suffering,在苦境中，His words were so much sweeter than honey to my heart, 祂的话在我心中比蜜还甜，because they gave me strength to die to myself and to live for Him, 因为他们给我力量去向己死，向神活。then I started to understand what the prophet Jeremiah testified, 然后，我开始明白先知耶利米的话 ，“When your words came, I ate them, they were my joy and my heart’s delight.” “我得着你的言语就当食物吃了；你的言语是我心中的快乐。”

I believe everybody has ups and downs in their lives, 每个人的生命中都有高低起伏，but God’s living word has power to silence all of our restless hearts, 唯有神的话大有能力，可以平息我们心中的翻腾，and can bring us healing, joy and hope.可以带来医治，喜乐和盼望。From eating and walking the living word, 从吃喝行祂的话，we also can gain understanding to discern every false path, 就可以有辨别力，识别各种假道，and discern those who are false Christs and false prophets.并识别假基督假先知。Praise the Lord! 赞美主！

Reading the Bible is absolutely not a boring thing, 读圣经绝对不会闷，Because His words are alive, 因祂的话是活的，Jesus is alive.耶稣活着。Seek God diligently, He will be found. 殷勤寻求神，就必寻见。Our Heavenly Father is faithful. 因我们的天父是信实的。

3, Pick up manna in the morning for “today”. 拾取今日吗哪在于晨。

In Exodus 16, God’s word reveals a principle about this living bread through the physical bread manna, 在出16章里，神借着有形的吗哪，启示了关于生命之粮的一个原则， to let us know that we should pick up this living bread in the morning. 就是要在早上拾取生命的粮。Exo 16:13b, in the morning, there was a layer of dew around the camp, when the dew was gone, thin flakes like frost on the ground appeared on the desert floor. 出16:13下-14早晨，在营四围的地上有露水。露水上升之后，不料，野地面上有如白霜的小圆物。That was manna. 那就是吗哪。

Full of nutrition to sustain the human body to keep going. 富含营养，足供身体所需。God’s Word is manna to our souls, 神的话就是灵魂的吗哪，through it we can be given strength, sight, and hope.我们从中得力量、得看见、得盼望。Some people may say, 有人会说 ，“I have no time to read the bible in the morning.” “我早上没时间读经。”Please don’t be in a hurry to say that. 请不忙表态。Because our God is full of grace and truth, 我们的神满有恩典和真理，through his word comes a wonderful principle of reading in the morning, which benefits all of us. 从祂的话里启示了一个晨读的原则，对众人都有益。

Exo 16: 17-18 The Israelites did as they were told; some gathered much, some little. And when they measured it by the omer, the one who gathered much did not have too much, and the one who gathered little did not have too little. Everyone had gathered just as much as they needed. 出16:17-18以色列人就这样行；有多收的，有少收的。及至用俄梅珥一量，多收的也没有余，少收的也没有缺，各人按着自己的饭量收取。

You see, some may get up early and pick up more, 有人起的早拾得多，and some may get up later and pick up a little.有人起得晚，拾得少，But their needs were all met by what they had collected. 但照他们所拾取的，他们的需要都得着供应了。In the same way, 同样，some people get up in the morning and spend a few hours reading the Bible, 有人早晨有几个小时读经， however, some may just have 15 minutes to read and pray, 但有的人只有15分钟读经祷告，because they must get their kids to school or do other things to look after their family. 因他们要送孩子上学，或忙于照顾家里的事。

God knows our situations, 神都知道，we don’t have to compare ourselves to others.我们不需要和别人去比较。It’s not a competition. 这不是比赛。It’s a necessary step for us to recharge our spiritual battery in the morning, 早上为我们的灵命充电是必要的，because only God knows what we are going to face that day, 因为只有神知道我们今天会面对什么事，and He is able to bring you right back to a bible verse to give you strength and power, which you have read earlier. 祂能够把你带回到一句读过的经文，让你得力量和能力。He is also able to multiply the little that you have gathered in the morning to meet your needs throughout the day. 神可以使你早上读的一点经文足以供应全天的需要。Halleluiah! 哈利路亚！God is amazing! 神是奇妙！This is just what I’ve experienced.这正是我所经历的。

When God called me to establish the home church, 当神呼召我去建立教会，I bad been a Christian for thirty days. 我才信主30天。At that time, there were too many Christians who had been Christian for more than ten or twenty years, coming to ask me questions.那时，有很多已经信了10年20年的信徒，来问我很多问题，Every time, 每一次，they were amazed at the answers I gave to them, 他们对我的回答很惊奇，and asked me, 就问， “How can you know this, 你怎么知道这些，when you only became Christian thirty days ago?你才信主30 天？”

I told them, 我就告诉他们 ，“God gave me the right manna for today. 神正好赐了这今日的吗哪， As God knew that you guys would come to ask me questions.因为只有神知道你们要来问我问题。” Throughout this nearly thirteen years in ministry, 借着近13年的服事，I’ve experienced countless wonderful things about God’s faithfulness,我经历了无数神的信实，and His provision of “today’s bread”,和祂每日的供应，which have helped me to conquer every day’s troubles. 这足以使我能胜过每天的难题。So can you.所以，你也可以。

Some of you are new Christians, 我们当中有些新信徒，no worries,不要紧，The Father is waiting for you to look for manna in the morning,天父在等候你们早上去拾吗哪，And He will also satisfy your heart with “today’s bread”. 祂将会叫每日灵粮满足你心。God’s word is living bread, 神的话就是粮，and also active, 并且活泼，so you can’t read it as if reading newspaper, 因此你读神的话不能像读报纸，you must believe what you read, 你必须相信你所读的，pray and walk in what you read by His grace. 借着祂的恩典，祷告并行在你所读的里面。

You can try to begin your day with the Scriptures and pray, 你可以以读经祷告开始你一天的生活， “Father, give me today my daily bread,天父，请赐给我今天的食物，give me a word for the day,赐给我今天的话，speak to me today ,求你对我说话， help me to keep it in my heart, 帮助我把你的话刻在我心里，Let me see how your Word will work throughout the day? 求你让我看到你的话今天是怎样运行的？” Afterwards, you may find, 然后，你就会发现， that the verse you have kept may become your strength and light during the day, 你所记下的经文真的成了那天的力量和亮光，and it can direct you to overcome temptation. 它引导你胜过试探。 Then you will testify that God’s word is powerful, 那样，你就经历神话语的大能，it gives light and strength, which is true. 神的话真实地发出力量和亮光。

As a result, your faith in the word of God will be developed.因此，在神的话里你的信心增长了，And worries and anxieties and fears will have no room to stay. 并且你心里不再有担忧、焦虑、惧怕。V. 21 “each morning everyone gathered as much as he needed.” 21节，他们每日早晨，按着各人的饭量收取。  It tells us, that we can’t live on yesterday’s manna. 就是说，我们不能靠昨天的吗哪来过今天。Because everyday we may face different challenges, trials, and temptations, 每一天我们都面对不同挑战、试炼、试探，yesterday’s manna is not gonna sustain us. 昨天的吗哪管不到今天。

We need His daily provision, 我们需要的是神每日的供应，His fresh words that can be opened to us, 是祂用新鲜的话语向我们开启， and give us new vision, 使我们有新的异象，new strength, 新的力量，new sight,新的看见，and new grace, 和新的恩典， so that we will be made new daily.  让我们每天都被更新。You know, when you leave, 你知道吗，你离世时，you can take nothing with you.什么也带不走。All of your opinions, 所有你的观点，interests,兴趣爱好 ，arguments, 争对错， pride and possessions will become nothing, 自尊骄傲，财产都无用了，but only how much of the Word that you have taken with you will affect you forever. 单单你拥有多少神的话，会对你有永恒的影响。

Because ““the Word made flesh”, is our Lord, our King. 因为“道成肉身”的是我们的主，我们的王。Now it’s our turn,现在轮到我们，How much of the Word can be made alive in our body, which can affect us forever. 我们能活出多少神的话，将对我们有永恒的影响。This is the only possession that you can take with you when you leave this body.这是你离世时，唯一可以带走的产业。

So our Lord Jesus teaches us to pray, 因此主耶稣教导我们这样祷告，“ May Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth (me, us, our church, city) as it is in heaven.” 愿你的国降临，愿你的旨意行在地上，行在我、我们、教会、城市，如同行在天上。Give us today our daily bread, so that we can have the strength to face the day. 求你赐下今日的粮，好让我们得着力量面对今天。
