(Luke 路17:5-10)

Years ago, someone said to me, 几年前，有人对我说，“I believe Faith is a gift”, 我信心是个恩赐”，so he prayed for the gift of faith, 于是他向主求信心的恩赐，and whenever he reached his limitations and failed, 但只要到了他的极限并跌倒了，he complained, 他就会抱怨：“God didn’t give me a big faith.” 但神没给我大信心。”Do we really need a faith as big as a watermelon? 我们真需要有西瓜那么大的信心吗？What does the bible say about it? 圣经怎么说？Today, let's read Luke 路17:5 to see what Jesus says about how to increase our faith.今天，让我们来读路17：5，看看耶稣说怎样提升我们的信心。5 The apostles said to the Lord, “Increase our faith!” 使徒对主说：“求主加增我们的信心。” 6 He replied, “If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted and planted in the sea,’ and it will obey you. ’” 6 主说：“你们若有信心像一粒芥菜种，就是对这棵桑树说，‘你要拔起根来，栽在海里’，它也必听从你们。”7 “Suppose one of you has a servant plowing or looking after the sheep. Will he say to the servant when he comes in from the field, ‘Come along now and sit down to eat’? 7 “你们谁有仆人耕地或是放羊，从田里回来，就对他说，‘你快来坐下吃饭’呢？ 8 Won’t he rather say, ‘Prepare my supper, get yourself ready and wait on me while I eat and drink; after that you may eat and drink’? 8 岂不对他说，‘你给我预备晚饭，束上带子伺候我，等我吃喝完了，你才可以吃喝’吗？9 Will he thank the servant because he did what he was told to do? 9 仆人照所吩咐的去作，主人还谢谢他吗？ 10 So you also, when you have done everything you were told to do, should say, ‘We are unworthy servants; we have only done our duty 10 这样，你们作完了一切所吩咐的，只当说：‘我们是无用的仆人，所作的本是我们应分作的。’”

1,The issue is not the size of our faith.问题不在于信心的大小

Luke 17 starts with Jesus’ teaching about offenses and forgiveness. 路加福音17章起头，是耶稣讲论冒犯和饶恕的问题。And Jesus makes it clear that offences will come to everyone. 主耶稣很明白地说遇到冒犯是难免的，Offenses can damage our faith, 冒犯感会毁坏我们的信心，and our personal relationships with Jesus and with people, 毁坏我们与耶稣、与人的关系，as we seek to grow in the image of Christ. 当我们追求长成基督的身量。So Jesus calls us to forgive without limit, 因此耶稣呼召我们无限制地去饶恕，that we may overcome evil with good. 并以善胜恶。Is that easy? 这样容易吗？No, 不容易。that’s why the disciples asked Jesus, 于是门徒就求耶稣，“Increase our faith.” “求主加增我们的信心”。We know that faith is important, 我们知道信心很重要，without faith we can’t please God. 人非有信不能得神的喜悦。But how to increase our faith? 但怎样加增信心呢？Do we just pray and wait for our faith level to rise up?我们是否只祷告、然后等着信心程度提升就可以了？Jesus replied in v.6, 耶稣在第6节回答说，If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted and planted in the sea,’ and it will obey you. “你们若有信心像一粒芥菜种，就是对这棵桑树说，‘你要拔起根来，栽在海里’，它也必听从你们。” A mustard seed is about 1.0 mm in length. 芥菜种子长约1毫米，So Jesus was saying, 耶稣是在说，“the issue isn’t that your faith is too small. “问题不在于你的信心小，The issue is you don’t trust in God in the situation”. 而是在于你在环境中根本不信靠神。”In the book of Matthew, 在马太福音里，Jesus commented on the disciples’ faith at least 5 times by saying, 当论到门徒的信心，耶稣至少有五次说“You of little faith.” “你们这小信的人”。The Greek word “oligopistos” for “little faith” “小信”的希腊文是“oligopistos”，means too little faith, hardly trusting in God. 意思是信心小到几乎不信靠神。So the issue is not that our faith is too small. 所以，问题不在于我们的信心小，The issue is that we hardly trust in Him. 而在于我们几乎不信靠神。Jesus said, 耶稣说，“If you have faith about 1.0 mm in length, “你们的信心若有1毫米大，you can move a tree with your command, 就能吩咐这树移走，and it will obey you.” 它也必听你。”So instead of focusing on faith itself, 他不叫我们关注信心本身，he started to talk about the relationship between faith and obedience. 而是对讲论信心和顺服的关系，Then, Jesus goes on to give a parable to correct the focus on the size of faith, 接着，耶稣就给出这个比喻来纠正门徒，别关注信心大小，but on the action of faith, 而要关注信心的行为.

2, The relationship between faith and obedience. 信与顺服的关系

(James 雅2:17) if faith is not accompanied by action is dead. 这样，信心若没有行为就是死的。Faith without action is dead. 信心若没有行为就是死的，Jesus was saying, 耶稣在说，“do you wanna grow in faith? “你想加增信心吗？Grow in obedience and humility, 就要在谦卑顺服里成长，then your faith level will be up naturally”. 你的信心程度就自然会提升。In v.7-10, 第7-10节，Jesus told a parable about a servant 耶稣又讲了一个比喻，who had returned from a field, 一个仆人从田里回来，he was now exhausted, 他很疲惫了，but he was still required to cook for his master and serve at the table, 但主人仍然要他准备晚饭伺候他，not to eat and drink until his master had finished eating. 等主人吃喝完了仆人才可以吃喝。And having done everything, 仆人做完这一切，his master wouldn’t thank he, 主人也不会感谢他，coz he considered that his servant had only done his duty. 因主人认为仆人只是做自己的本分该做的事。

We may think, 我们会想，“What a poor guy! That’s unfair.” “可怜的家伙！多不公平啊。”But back to the original recipients, 但那些当时听耶稣讲的，they would immediately agree with what Jesus had said. 他们一定会马上点头表示同意，Because in Jesus’ days, 因在耶稣的年代，masters took full responsibility for caring for the needs of their servants. 主人承担着照顾仆人全部需要的责任，As servants, they worked in the field, 而仆人在田里工作完，and then came back home to do service at home, 回到家，在家里伺候，that’s what they needed to do. 这就是那年代仆人需要做的事。Jesus uses this parable to instruct us, 耶稣用比喻指教我们，“If you wanna increase your faith, “你们若想加增信心，you need to grow in obedience to what your Master says, 就当在顺服主人的吩咐上成长，just as those ancient servants did 如同这些古时的仆人那样。”

Who is our Master? 谁是主人？God himself. 就是神自己。In the four gospels, 在四福音书，Jesus describes himself as the returning Master who is going to judge his unfaithful and faithful servants. 耶稣描述自己是那位得国回来审判忠心和不忠心仆人的主人，We embrace God as our Heavenly Father, 我们接受神为我们的天父，but often neglect that He is also our Master and King. 但却常常忽略祂也是我们的主和王；Just as we often remember that we’re church people, 就好比我们常常记得我们是教会的人，the body of Christ, 是基督的身体，but forget that we’re also kingdom people. 却忘记我们也是国度的人。When Jesus began to preach, 耶稣开始传道时，instead of saying, 他不是传“Repent, for the church is near.” “教会近了，你们当悔改”，he preached, 而是传，“Repent, for the Kingdom of heaven is near.” “天国近了，你们应当悔改！”

Jesus came to redeem us from the kingdom of darkness and bring us into His kingdom of light. 耶稣来是要救我们脱离黑暗国度，带我们进入他的光明国度。When we say a “kingdom”, 当我们说到“国度”，there must be a king who rules. 就必定有掌权的王，He is not elected. 他不由选举产生。He is the king. 他就是王，He rules over his people through a system of law and principles. 通过一整套法则，他在他的子民中掌权。Like when you come to NZ, 就像你来到新西兰，you must obey NZ’s law, 你就必须遵守新西兰法律，if you break laws, 如果你违法，you will get into trouble. 就会遇到麻烦。

In the same way, 同样，when we’re born again,  在我们重生的时候，we’ve entered another kingdom, 我们进入了另一个国度，which has different patterns and rules to the kingdom of darkness we’ve been used to. 这个国度的运转模式和法则与我们习惯的黑暗国度不同。If you follow the King’s pattern, 如果你遵循王的模式，the beatitudes, is the Kingdom’s pattern, 天国八福就是这国度的模式，you’ll be blessed. 你就会被祝福。But if you don’t follow them, 但你若不遵守，and you break His laws, 违反了他的法则，things won’t go well with you. 你就会不顺利。We tend to think, God is love, 我们常觉得神就是爱，He will forgive us when we sin against Him.当我们得罪他时，他会原谅我们。

Yes, that’s true, 对，这是真的，1 John 约壹1:9 says, “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purity us from all unrighteousness..” 我们若认自己的罪，　神是信实的，是公义的，必要赦免我们的罪，洗净我们一切的不义； Forgiveness doesn’t mean that we get a free pass. 神赦免我们并不意味着我们就有了一张特别通行证。Sin has consequences. 罪是有后果的. Even King David the man after God’s own heart 连合神心意的大卫王，didn’t escape the consequences of his sin with Bathsheba. 也不能逃脱与拔士巴通奸的后果。Their first child died. 他们的第一个孩子死了，Another three sons were killed. 另外三个儿子被杀，The sword would never depart from his house. 刀剑永不离开他的家。After that, 从那以后，David learnt the importance of walking in God’s ways,大卫明白了遵行神的道的重要性，and he said in在诗篇中，他说，Psa 诗51:13, I’ll teach your ways to rebels. 我就把你的道指教有过犯的人。  

In Romans 罗5:19, For just as through the disobedience of the one man the many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the one man the many will be made righteous. 因一人的悖逆，众人成为罪人；照样，因一人的顺从，众人也成为义了。It says, why we were made sinners, 这句话说，我们之所以成为罪人，it’s because of disobedience. 乃是因为不顺服。God hates disobedience. 神恨恶不顺服，Because disobedience breaks the relationship between God and man. 因它破坏了神与人的关系。“I just do whatever I want, “我想做我才做，If I don’t like it, I won’t do it.” 我不喜欢做的，我就不做。” This is a self-centred character, 这是一个自我中心的品质，shaped by the kingdom of darkness. 是被黑暗王国所塑造的。It has nothing to do with the character of Jesus. 它与耶稣的品格无关。

Jesus showed us an example of faith, 耶稣是我们信心的榜样， that his faith is made perfect through obedience. 借着顺服，信心得完全。Heb 来5:8 though He was a Son, yet He learned obedience by the things which He suffered. 9 And having been perfected, He became the author of eternal salvation to all who obey Him. 他虽然为儿子，还是因所受的苦难学了顺从。9 他既得以完全，就为凡顺从他的人成了永远得救的根源， Jesus, God himself, 耶稣，神自己，came to the earth by making himself nothing, 他来到地上，把自己打造成什么也不是，and lived a life of faith in perfect obedience to the Father, even to the point of death on the cross. 他活出了全然顺服，信靠父的生命，顺服以至于死在十字架上。There is a cost to pay for obedience. 顺服需付代价，But it’s worth paying 这代价是值得付出的, coz obedience to the Father’s will is the key to overcome sin and Satan. 因为顺服父的旨意是胜过罪和撒但的关键。Disobedience leads to all the curses. 不顺服导致了所有的诅咒，But the fruit of obedience is all the blessings. 但顺服的果子就是一切的祝福。

We’re God’s servants, 我们是神的仆人，as servants, 作为仆人，we need the power of the Holy Spirit to fulfil what we’re called to do, 我们需要圣灵的能力去完成神召我们做的事。In John chapter 2, when Jesus was at the wedding, Jesus’ mother said to him, “They have no more wine.” 4 “Woman, why do you involve me?” Jesus replied. “My hour has not yet come.” 5 His mother said to the servants, “Do whatever he tells you.” 耶稣的母亲对他说：“他们没有酒了。” 4 耶稣说：“母亲[a]，我与你有什么相干？我的时候还没有到。” 5 他母亲对用人说：“他告诉你们什么，你们就做什么。” What made Jesus perform the first miracle in Cana? 是什么让耶稣在迦拿行了神迹 ？Do whatever he tells you他告诉你们什么，你们就做什么。This is the act of faith - obedience to him 这是信心的行为- 顺服他, which is to not do whatever we like 那就是不是做我们喜欢的but whatever He tells us而是做祂所吩咐的. If we do whatever Jesus tells us,若我们行他吩咐的 He also will perform miracles for us.他也要为我们行神迹。Coz He is the unchangeable God. 因祂的作为不改变。

And we’re also called to sonship.我们也被呼召成为儿子。Romans 罗8:29, For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son. 因为他预先所知道的人，就预先定下效法他儿子的模样，使他儿子在许多弟兄中作长子。 God’s eternal purpose is to shape our character to be conformed to the image of Jesus Christ, 神永恒的目的是塑造我们的品格，使我们磨成基督的样式，so that we no longer reflect what we are like, 使我们不再是像我们自己，but what Jesus is like. 而是活出耶稣的样式。So when the disciples asked Jesus to increase their faith, 所以当门徒求主耶稣加增他们的信心时，Jesus actually was teaching them, 耶稣实际上在教导他们：“it’s not a matter of the size of your faith, “这不是信心大小的问题，you’ve gotta understand the ways and patterns in the kingdom of God, 你需要明白神国的法则和模式，you’ve gotta renew your mind and live accordingly, 需要更新你的思想并照此去生活 then your faith will grow naturally.” 这样你的信心自然就会增长。

3, Overcome the obstacles to obedience. 胜过拦阻我们顺服神的障碍

Hebrews 来10:38, “But my righteous one will live by faith. And I take no pleasure in the one who shrinks back.” 只是义人必因信得生（“义人”有古卷作“我的义人”），他若退后，我心里就不喜欢他。” God wants us to trust in Him whatever the situation we’re in. 神要我们在任何环境下都信靠祂。But there’re obstacles that prevent us from being obedient like Christ Jesus. 但是有障碍会拦阻我们像基督耶稣那样的顺服。Listen to his words in the parable, 听他在这个比喻中怎么说，what if this servant is you, 如果你是这个仆人，you’ve finished the work outside of the church that you’ve been told to do, 你做完托付给你的教会外的事工，you come back to the church, 回到教会，the church has a feast, 那里正有宴席，and you’re not told to sit down and eat, 却不让你坐下吃饭，but are told to continue to serve in the kitchen, 而是继续去厨房服侍， and wait on the table. 又要在餐桌旁侍候。After you’ve done everything, 当你做完这一切，there’s no one saying, “thank you.” 没有人对你说声“谢谢。”  and God says, 神说： “don’t expect me to show appreciation to you, “不要指望我感谢你，you’ve only done your duty.” 你只是尽了你的本分。” What is your immediate reaction? 你的第一反应是什么?  “What? Am I your slave? “什么？我是你的奴隶吗？You’re asking too much. 你的要求太过分了。I can’t follow it. 我做不了。It’s unfair.” 这是不公平的。” See, 你看，pride, 骄傲、the feeling of being offended, 被冒犯感、anger, 愤怒、misunderstanding about God’s good will, 误解神的美意、disobedience, 悖逆、disappointment, 失望，all negative feelings come up to prevent us from yielding to God’s nature. 各样消极的情绪都会上来拦阻我们顺服神的性情。Why do we get offended or disappointed? 为什么我们会感到被冒犯或失望? We have an expectation or assumption, 因我们有一个期望或觉得： “if God loves me, “如果神爱我，He won’t allow this to happen to me.” 祂不会让这样的事发生在我身上。” But things don’t happen the way we think. 但事情并不照我们所想的那样发展。We get disappointed because we miss the point of what He really wants us to understand. 我们感到失望，是因没有领受祂真正想要我们明白的要点。

Romans 5:1 Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, 我们既因信称义，就藉着我们的主耶稣基督得与　神相和。2 through whom also we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God. 2 我们又藉着他，因信得进入现在所站的这恩典中，并且欢欢喜喜盼望　神的荣耀。3 Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; 3 不但如此，就是在患难中也是欢欢喜喜的。因为知道患难生忍耐， 4 and perseverance, character; and character, hope. 4 忍耐生老练，老练生盼望， It says, 这里说，by faith and through Christ Jesus 我们因信，又藉着基督耶稣，we enter into this grace, 得以进入这恩典中，and it’s by this grace we stand, 并且是藉着我们所站的这恩典，and can rejoice in the hope of the glory of God. 得以欢欢喜喜盼望神的荣耀。

What’s this hope of the glory of God? 神荣耀的盼望是什么呢？It’s talking about the second coming of Jesus who will reign with his overcomes, or His mature sons. 这是指耶稣再来、与祂的得胜者（或成熟的儿子）一同作王。That’s the hope of the church, 这是教会的盼望，God’s plan is to shape a family of Huios (mature sons) 神的旨意是把一个家里的人都塑造成Huios，成熟的儿子，who are conformed to His Son Christ, 都被磨成基督的样子，and to bring them to glory when He returns (Hebrews 2:10). 当祂再来时，可以领他们进荣耀里去(来2:10)。Of course, 当然，those who are unfaithful servants or foolish virgins won’t receive the glorious reward (Matt 25). 那些不忠心的仆人或愚拙的童女就得不着这荣耀的奖赏了(太25)。God will judge everyone’s work in the end. 神最终会审判每个人的工作。We’re in the process of preparation, 我们都在预备的过程中，waiting for that glorious day to come. 等候那荣耀的日子来到。V. 3 says, 3节说，this grace is also to help us to rejoice in our sufferings. 这恩典也要帮助我们在苦难中喜乐。 Listen, we think believing in Jesus means to receive blessings, 请听，我们认为信耶稣就意味着得祝福，yes, it is. 是的没错。But God is not talking about earthly things, 但神说的不是地上的事，even though we truly receive earthly blessings like financial blessings or health blessings. 即使我们真得了地上的祝福，如财务或健康的祝福。

The ultimate blessings God promises us are eternal life and inheriting His kingdom. 神应许我们的终极祝福乃是永生和承受祂的国。It’s about being companions in suffering and the kingdom and patient endurance (Re 1:9). 这是关乎我们在患难、国度、忍耐里一同有份（启1:9）。Peter the apostle tells us in 1 Peter chapter two, 使徒彼得在彼得前书第二章告诉我们，this suffering is not for us to suffer the consequences because of our sins, 这患难不是让我们为罪的后果受苦，but to suffer for the will of the Father like Christ Jesus, 而是如同基督耶稣为遵行父的旨意受苦，“Father, not my will, but Yours be done.” “父啊，不要成就我的意思，只要成就你的意思。”

In Matt 太16:21, from that time Jesus began to show to His disciples that He must go to Jerusalem, and suffer many things from the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised the third day. 从此，耶稣才指示门徒，他必须上耶路撒冷去，受长老、祭司长、文士许多的苦，并且被杀，第三日复活。 Very clearly, 很显然，what all the disciples got was to suffer and be killed. 门徒们只听见了“受苦”和“被杀”。They didn’t hear the hope of his resurrection in three days. 却没听见“三日后复活”的盼望。So Peter took Jesus aside, 所以彼得就拉着耶稣，and began to rebuke him, 劝他说：“Never, Lord, “主啊，万不可如此！stop doing that, 不要那样，you need to save yourself, 你要自救，protect yourself.” 保护自己。” But Jesus rebuked him, 但是耶稣责备他说: “Get behind me, Satan, you’re stumbling block to me. You are not mindful of the things of God, but the things of men.” “撒但，退我后边去吧！你是绊我脚的，因为你不体贴　神的意思，只体贴人的意思。” What Jesus saying is the mindset of self-preservation is demonic. 耶稣在说，自保的思维模式是属撒旦的。Coz He didn’t say, “Peter, get behind me.” 因他没有说"彼得，退我后边去吧。" But Satan. 而是说“撒但”。Jesus exposed that Satan had tried to prevent him from being obedient to the Father’s will through the mindset of saving the self. 耶稣揭露了撒但试图用“自保”的思维模式来阻止他顺服天父的旨意。So the concern for self-preservation is demonic. 所以对“自保”的担忧是属撒但的。In other words, 换句话说，the mindset of resistance to sacrificing the self is against God’s purpose for your life. “拒绝舍己”的思维模式是抵挡神对你生命的计划的。That’s why这就是为什么 Romans 罗8:7says, the carnal mind is enmity against God. 原来体贴肉体的，就是与　神为仇， In other words, 也就是说，the self-centered mindset “me, me first”, opposes God’s values. 以自我为中心的“我，我第一”的心态与神的价值观背道而驰。

Actually, 实际上，who is the lowly servant in that parable who served obediently and humbly? 在这个比喻中，谁是那个顺服而谦卑服事的卑微仆人？Jesus himself. 就是耶稣自己。He said, 他说： “My food is to do His will who sent me, and to finish his work, “我的食物就是遵行差我来者的旨意，作成他的工。”John 约4:34. He is saying, 他是在说: “I’m not living a life I want, “我来不是过自己想要过的生活，but the life that He wants me to have”.  而是过祂要我过的生活。”As he came towards the end of his earthly life, 当他在地上的生命接近尾声时，he washed his disciples’ feet as a lowly servant. 他如同一个卑微的仆人为门徒洗脚。On the cross, 在十字架上，the moment when the sponge of vinegar touched his lips, 当蘸着醋的海绒碰到他口的时候，he said, 他说: “it’s finished.” “成了。” He bowed His head and gave up his spirit to the Father, 他低下头，将灵魂交付给神， these are the final acts of obedience. 这是他最后的顺服的行动。The giving up of his spirit to the Father and the bowing of his head他低下头并将灵魂交付神，speak of his absolute submission, 都显明他完全的顺服，unwavering obedience toward the Father as a son, 作为儿子，坚定不移地顺服父，which is the fatal blow to disobedience and Satan in our human history. 这是人类历史上对悖逆和撒但的致命打击。 These are the acts of faith. 这是信心的行为。These are the fragrant offerings that pleases the Father. 是父所喜悦的馨香的供物。Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name,10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 11 and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. 所以　神将他升为至高，又赐给他那超乎万名之上的名， 10 叫一切在天上的、地上的和地底下的，因耶稣的名无不屈膝，11 无不口称耶稣基督为主，使荣耀归与父　神。(Phi腓2:9)

The story hasn’t ended yet. 故事还没有结束。He is waiting. 祂在等候。What glory will be revealed to his faithful servants when the King of the eternal kingdom returns! 当永恒国度的王再来时，要向祂忠心的仆人所显明的，将是何等的荣耀！“Truly, I say to you, 我实在告诉你们：I’ll dress myself for service and have my faithful servants recline at table, and I’ll come and serve them.” (see Luke 12:37). 我必叫那些忠心的仆人坐席，我自己束上带，进前伺候他们(见路12:37)。What a great hope we have in Christ! 我们在基督里有何等大的盼望啊！Increase our faith! Lord! 主啊，愿你加增我们的信心！

Let’s stand to our feet. 请大家站起来。Let’s respond to Jesus on our own, let’s thank Him. 让我们自己来回应主耶稣，来感谢祂。“Lord Jesus, we thank You. 主耶稣，我们感谢你。We thank You for showing the way the truth the life through your incarnation. 我们感谢你道成肉身，启示你是道路、真理、生命。Thank You for revealing to us what the King is like in the everlasting Kingdom. 感谢你向我们揭示了永恒的国度里王的样式，Humility, Meekness, Obedience to the Father are in Your nature. 谦卑、温柔、顺服父是你的性情。Thank You for calling us to be in alignment with You. 谢谢你呼召我们，让我们与你合一。Thank You for putting us in the church to prepare us, 感谢你把我们放在教会里预备我们and give us the opportunity to fulfil our duties. 并给我们完成本分的机会Thank You for showing us the ultimate example of overcomer through Humility and obedience感谢你通过谦卑和顺服向我们展示了得胜者的终极榜样.

Let’s open our hearts to the Holy Spirit with our eyes closed.让我们闭上眼睛，向主打开心 Ask Him to reveal something hidden in your heart that needs to be dealt with,求祂显出你心中隐藏的，需要被处理的事 and bring them onto the cross把他们带到十字架, so that you can be filled with more of His love and humility. 好叫你被祂更多的爱和谦卑来充满。

Are there any offences you’ve received in your heart? 有没有任何的冒犯感你接受到了心中or you’ve felt offended by something or someone? 或你感到被某人或某些事冒犯了Or you become disappointed? 或者你感到了失望？Have you become disappointed with yourself? 你对自己感到灰心吗？because you haven’t performed as well as you thought you should have. 因你的表现没有你自己想象的那么好。Have you become disappointed in leaders, in pastors? 你对领袖们和牧师们感到失望？ in churches? 对许多教会失望？ Or in God? 或许你对神失望？We say我们说, “ Lord, we don’t wanna hide the problem, 主啊，我们不愿那些问题藏在心底and allow pride to ruin our relationship with God and with people. 让骄傲毁坏了我们与父神，与人的关系。 We’re willing to face the problem and identify our disappointments, 我愿意来正视这个问题，并识别出我们的失望的点”

You need to name them to the Lord, 你需要对主把它说出来，bring them to the cross. 把他们带到十字架上。 what were you expecting to happen that never happened? 你一直盼着发生什么事却没有发生？ Who were you expecting to help you get through? 你希望谁能在困境中帮到你？But they failed. 但他们却没有帮到你。You became sad and angry. 你难过，你生气。You can pray after me if you’d like to 若你愿意，你可以跟我祷告:

 “Jesus, I turn to You, 主啊，我转向你，Forgive me for focusing on what went wrong, 求你赦免我定睛哪里出错了，rather than what God is doing 却没有定睛你在做什么，and what God is calling me to fulfil, 和我自己被呼召要去完成的事情； forgive me for being caught up with saving the self, 求你赦免我自保，rather than putting my trust in You 而没有去信靠你 and coming out of my comfort zone, 竭力走出我的舒适区， to take risks去冒险， and keep your Word in my heart 去把你的话存记心中and serve according to the leading of the Holy Spirit humbly and obediently. 去谦卑顺服圣灵与你一起去服侍。”
I’m not called to set my eyes on life circumstances, 我不是被呼召去定睛周围的环境而活着， or set my heart on people or on myself,  或去定睛他人，或定睛自己而活着，so that I become open to disappointment, 以致于让我自己感到了失望。and I lost joy, 失去喜乐，I lost peace, 失去平安，I lost my first love for you,失去对你起初的爱心， and became dry.变得干枯。I’m called to strengthen myself in the Lord. 我蒙召是要靠基督得力。I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. 靠着基督我凡事都能做。Through Christ I’m able to forgive, love and serve. 靠着基督我能爱也能服侍。

Today, 今天， I close the door of my heart, 我关上我的心门， I repent of being lukewarm, 我为我不冷不热向你悔改，I repent of setting my mind on the things of man我为体贴肉体向你悔改，I turn back to trusting in You. 我愿转向信靠你。 You paid the price for bringing me back to the Kingdom, 你为使我归回你的国而付上重价，I’m willing to pay the price to follow you to fulfil my call…我愿意跟随你去付这代价来完成使命…I receive Your forgiveness to forgive我接受你的饶恕去饶恕…I let go of my disappointments,我愿弃绝一切的失望， I let go of the anger, 我愿弃绝一切的恼恨，I let go of the grief.我愿弃绝一切的悲伤。 Holy Spirit, 主圣灵， I ask You to release resurrection power to tear down the strongholds of judgement, 我求你释放复活的能力，摧毁一切的论断、lies, 谎言、self-preservation, 自我保护、disappointment,失望， or whatever hinders me from being obedient to You,或者任何拦阻我服从你真理的一切坚固营垒。 I take captive every thought to make it obedient to You, Jesus, 我奉主名夺回我的一切心思意念，顺服基督耶稣。Holy Spirit,圣灵， fresh fire, come down, 求你降下圣洁的灵火，燃烧我；Holy Spirit fill me and renew me…. 充满并更新我…

Heavenly Father, 天父， we thank You for revealing Your heart to us through the unfolding of your words. 我们感谢你开启你的话，向我们显明你的心意。Thank for telling us that if we pay the cost to obey what You’ve called us to do, 感谢你告诉我们，如果我们付上代价去顺服你的呼召， to love God with all our hearts, all our minds, all our souls, and all our strength, 就是尽心、尽意、尽力，爱主我们的神， and love people with the love You gave us, 并爱人如己， be completely humble and gentle; 全然谦卑，全然温柔，be patient, 恒久忍耐，bearing with one another in love, 彼此相爱，serve faithfully，诚心服侍，our faith level will grow naturally through obedience to God. 借着这样的顺服，我们的信心程度就将慢慢提升。We embrace Your truth and help us to walk in Your footsteps. 我们乐意拥抱你的真理，求你帮助我们追随你的脚踪。Lord,主耶稣， we honor You and thank You, for justice and truth are Your ways.  我们尊崇你，感谢你，你的道路义哉，诚哉。Strengthening our service and growing us in maturity. 求你坚立我们手所做的工，使我们成熟长大。
